SOME LDA SOURCES TOLD THAT POSSESSION OF LDA AVE - 1 TO BE HANDED OVER TO THE ALLOTTEES NEXT MONTH (INSHA ALLAH). ANY BODY CONFIRM THIS GOOD NEWS.

possession is not being given till litigation issue is resolved,
it may take more than a year
2-3 yrs even

i also did call to lda office.they told me in lda avenue1 every thing is approximatly ready and inshallah withen one or two month time lda will give possession and in litigation areas like K and L blocks litigation will be cleared very soon inshallah.

I have a litigated plot in K block and i have been hearing that hearing is over and court is soon going to give the decision.
Its been 6 months i was hearing that litigation will b over and soon soon blah blah blah...
i hope whatever you people are saying gets true.
i have even paid all the installments.

There is a QABZA group issue in D block near Nasir Gunj pind. Pind people have stopped the development by force there. They even beaten LDA officials and police case was registered. However there is no litigation issue.
Have any one some info about this Qabza group scenario in D block.

Only blocks which are developed
Not those which r in litigation.

there is only one law in pakistan which is, There is no law

so people with litigated plots (which includes me as well)

I hope you all get ur plots soon which at this time seems to b like not possible

i have recently purcahsed one plot main 100 ft road 3600000 ,put all my money now it.Now praying for possession which i have already .God bless every one

Litigation status of K Block is still not clear. All affected members (if they are alive as many retired have passed away) are requested to launch a sit in in front of CMH. Their voice may be listen.

Dear all ,lda avenue 1

Pl. make efferent,s for peace full and success full protest on 1st feb in front of LDA office johar town pl be there at 10 am and at same time requested to all member to use thair personal links to high light this issue in media and influence lda and govt for salutation . we are the effected people we want our property from lda and from Qabza group from litigation. if any party likes to help us, we will well come but our aim is just get our property for us and our childred.
