What is in Green Area in S Block of DHA 8 map rounding a Park of 64.9 K and shopping Area in D Shape showing

Please explain.

These are areas still under process of take over, I would consider them Private Land. It is very common now a days that various housing schemes show non acquired areas like Graveyard, School, Mosque and other public buildings etc. The trick is if litigation in these areas is not clear then they have less burden of relocation of affectees.

@ Jamil, I think its too early to say, May be its a proposed future commercial area. It all depends how DHA will expand. If it was the land to be acquried, i dont think there was a need to show it in many plots and proposed oval road!! They could have shown it as one piece. Layout is typical for commercial or Flat buidlings.

It is most likely private schools district. Plots are likely to be alloted to private top private schools.

Idea is to have all top private schools of all ages at ONE PLACE so people can have kids of all ages and from different schools dropped and pick up from one place.
