there is a good news for u.now in wapda town islamabad govt is going to start development in fast pace.i have a plot there and after a long time they sent me notice to pay all dues because now they want to start development fastly.keep in mind development is already going on there but at slow pace.my cousin who is wapda employ at a important seat in lahore he told me that now development will be started at fast pace and society will be handed over withen two years inshallah.this is a very good news for those who were waiting since long time.
one more thing now govt is going to build an interchange in that area to reduce the distance between islamabad that area.

atiq sahib u r right when u saw this society at that time it was rubbish but not now.now the govt is going to start development at fast pace.every body is saying that invest money in zone2.this society is in zone2 and after few time zone2 will be commercial hub now wapda has announced the development withen one year rates of plot will be double because at this time rates r very less and this is best time to invest in wapda. |

hahah Iam a property dealer and I know I loose much from this society but however, Iam happy from fast progress of society or due to interchange wapda town prices increase 4 times or its very bad news for me that I cant earn even a single Rupees from it but happy its Pakistan development at end |

i have also owning my plot of 10 marla at C-block since last 05 years. However i have visited the site on . I have seen that a mosque is under construction near the main road and almost 80% work is completed. Further to this Sewrage line work is underway and almost completed on main entrance road.
It has come to know that tender for the construction of Margla road (09 KM) has been announced. Can any one tell me where will it touch at GT road? |
