After several complaints of allottees of LDA AVE-1,
Distt Govt. Lahore Administator directed to LDA to handover the possession of the LDA AVE-1 to allottees in this month positively.

Hussain that is a good news, I own a plot in D Block
But I have confirmed my self except 2 Blocks there are no Roads, No sewage, 100% LDA 1 have no electric Lines, Gas is something beyond imagination to ask. What possession you are talking of. In 2007 300 Plots were given possession as a political stunt but still you cant even locate those plots. I Think LDA as Dept is deteriorating in performance, You can imagine From Faisal Town > Model Town ext> Johar Town> LDA 1 its performance has gone down at the pace of free fall. I would rate
Faisal Town 100%
Model Town Ext 80%
Johar town 50%
and Now LDA avenue 1 20% satisfaction

lda is giving this lolly pop for the last 2 years.
if u want to enjoy it thats your choice if you think its again risky seel it and go to dha 7.you may have to add little more money but dha is dha .it will give you peace of mind and it is a hot cake .
choice is yours
well it is what i did .i sold my plot on the back of main road of lda av and got one in S block phase 7.i had to add 6 lacs only but i am happy.

I shall be obliged, if i may be informed about the possession of 10 M plots in L Block. A lot of time has expired but no progress have been seen in this connection.

I hope Govt is a better institution to live.Like johar town u see where the prices are now.When lda ave 1 starts construction hopefuly prices go very high.And the stability in living a Govt society is plus advantage.I am very much hopeful about lda future.
