What action we can take in Dubai if a post dated cheque for rental property is bounced due to insufficient balance?
Do we have to go to RERA or just file a case with Police?
How long it takes to get this thing sort?

First get in contact with the person who gave the cheque, UAE govt has been very strict with cheque bounce, but now a days cases are increasing too much that police dont pay any attention but still you can goto police. RERA has nothing to do here |
