Prices in E-12 are still very low. Last month i was offered a plot size 600 sq yard in 75 lacs of rupees but i refused to buy because i don"t think CDA will be able to start dev.work in next five years. |

E-12 was lunched in 1989 at the price of 6 lack per kanal and today if it is 75 lack with no development It is not a bad investment.
It will not get developed in 5 years is exaggerated statement it is a matter of just 18 months IF START and given to RIGHT developer.
It might be in a same status as today but the investment in Islamabad never let you down and always pay back regard less you calculate in Pak Rs. or USD$ and sector E-12 is a prime example of it.I believe E-12 is still best buy at this time and price.

Don't forget yet the gain in price of sector E-12 is just half the way of Twin sector D-12 and by the end they will be equal when developed. |
