I have one kanal plot in sui gas phase-1 at an ordinary location. Should i keep it or sell it ? is it going to be a good location in future ?? Any help / suggestions will be highly appreciated.

If we compare with DHA, it is safest place to live, only one entrance & exit. please keep it for one year more, will gain price aftercompletion of interchange expected to complete till december

Thanks, i heard rumors, that its front opening will be closed!! and it will be given a passage from the back ? via underpass ?? is it true ?

if you can, sell it and buy phase 7 plot.
phase 7 will appreciate more.

Now deal with DHA will be done on Suigas terms & conditiond as without their consent interchange connecting road can not be completed. Now suigas has demanded passage through Phase-5
