A sincere advice for all individuals who are puchasing plots in DHA phase 8 especially X and V blocks and around commercial or Parks locations, level of depth is even 20 to 25 feet. I have tried to visit an relate some locations on map. I do not know how DHA will raise such locations to normal.
Specially Parks and commercial areas are placed at locations where level of depth is more as compared to surroundings. If any body wants to check just visit location marked as sports complex in Y block and it can be approached from Bedian road, he will have a very nice location for a big swimming pool.
Mine advice to individuals only who are making investments for their life just ask your dealer to arrange a approx visit to site and do relate it to map also. Thanks
