Dear friends,
I have purchased 10 marla plot located in H block of Bahria Town Phase 8 Rawalpinidi in 2004.
Please share with me the future of it since more than 6 years are passed and still I have not received the possession yet. Does anyone know how soon Bahria Town will announce the possession? Also, please advise should I keep it or sell it? How much offer I can get if I plan to sell it?

Bahria has started to give possession of blocks(A, B, C, D, E).
I donot know when will they start for block-H.
If you go to the site of Bahria-8 it looks marvelous. It will be a very nice place to live in 4-5 years period.

As above BT have started giving possession. I believe they have started charging Rs500 per month for security and maintenance of your plot.
If you bought in Overseas Enclave you should be able get you paid for as far as I am aware.
Don't rush to sell. |
