last year i visited johar town to find a house in this budget,its very difficult to find,only your close person if living in that area can help u,in last ten o fifteen year inotice only johar town property you can cash when do you want,very good area,if you find dont miss.

38 is too Low for Brand new house in G4 it will cost you from 42 to 48 Lac, depending upon Location and Construction, In Q and R Block you might find new house in this budget.
Take care not to Buy any property in LDA without NOC from LDA, keep this Condition from beginning. Verify from the office regarding NOC. Johar Town very Risky area.

Why not U buy a plot in R-III and construct it by urself in 6 months? It will cost around ur budget.

No b ody cn complete the house in six months. It takes over a year befoer yoy can move in. If you have a good contractor and good cash flow.
