Sir rate vary depends on location and sector. but i give u da approximately rate. its vary 24 to 35 lacs.

it is in between 18 to 26 lacks depending on Location. 35lacks is toooo high at this stage.Contact Colonel(R) Misbah Malik on & (office) if wanted to verify.

The demand price of a very good location is uptill 48 lac in Sector 1 of overseas

There is no restriction to write what ever you like.
If you are a buyer contact Col Misbah on numbers given above. There are 100 of good location plot on said price in Bahria Phase VIII.

sir u mention the rate 10 to 26 lacs is proper phase 8. Not overseas block. Plz check the market. And u talk about the Col. Misbah, he sold the phase 9 plot in 50 lacs. bcoz people trust only one thing he is also the owner of Bahria Town.
