I am a foreigner and would like to buy a home in Pakistan. I have no Pakistani relatives. What are the legalities about foreigners buying in Pakistan?

FOr DHA Lahore purchaser must have Pakistani NIC NICOP or POC. |

this is just a thought of mine and might be wrong.
In the recent DHA-8 Balloting most of the corner plot was allotted to oversea applicant with NICOP (had file or instalment. attempt.)
and Urdu written NIC had mostly non corners.

I got corner in X block as per old DHA 8 map, but with latest map by changing the numbering now I'm in dark street. |

I'm afraid foreign individuals can not buy homes in Pakistan, as in most countries a foreign business entity registered for doing business in Pakistan can purchase property but not an individual. |
