Can any one share the price quote for 1 Kanal plot located in Bahria Town Overseas Enclave Batch "B" Lahore? I have a plot to sell, but I do not know about the market price since I live in abroad. So far, Bahria Town has announced the possession of subject block by July 31, 2010. However, the development charges has not been announced yet. Your feedback will be highly appreciated.

two months ago i visted site. it is behind janiper block. earth work for roads completed. but i feel bt wil change map again. its not acording to published map. possesion in june not possible yet. IF ring road interchnge get a conection from here then it will reverse the BT. ITwill come on front, if you do not ned money thn plase wait. NExt month i wil vist BT in connection of possesion of my plot in janiper block then i will load ew pictures of development going on there. regarding ring road interchange connection i have no idea. |

I have also a plot in Janiper block. Please tell me, is the Janiper block map will also be changed? I have paid full amount for my plot but BT has not asked for possession and development charges. As I think it has not yet fully developed.
Have you paid the possession charges for your plot in Janiper as you said that you are going next month to BT for possession of your plot.
Please post the fresh pictures when it is possible for you.
