Can anybody advise the cirrent status of AWT Islamabad. Why is this society not developing and is there any probability of this sector getting developed in future?

The Society is developing with a slow pace. Its location is very good and the facilities are available.
The price range of the 10 marla plot is from 5 to 8 lacs depending upon location
