Dear members and lawyers community,
We bought a land in karachi many years ago and we recently went to pakistan and found out couple of people have build homes on that and they said some one sold them that land.
When that land is belong to us. We like to know what is the legal way to handle that matter in karachi and who is the best lawyer in karachi dealing with real estate matters.
We like to see that person who done the fraud must be punished. So other can learn lesson from that, Even it cost us more than the land we are willing to do that.

dear brother,frst of all it is a samefull act there are many lawyers but first ask your rlatives in karachi to tell you about a god on ,secondly an advise for all specialy overseas brothers is only buy in DHA, i, am no agent nor have ay intrest where people buy & sell but look arond & the safest is DHA. Check for youself first & then act whenever required wish you the best of luck |
