Dear CMY & others,
During recent ballot of Phase-8 i got a corner plot in X-Block but now after the map changed my plot is now facing graveyard. My question is , its better to pay installments or leave it right now here cause there is no buyer to this plot in the market ( obviously) so by paying all installments it will cost me 55 Laks and i dont think i can even sell it for 35 even in the futuer as by loosing 20 lakh in the future its better to loose 4.5 laks now?
Please need your kind views as i am bit worried!

Sheikh sahib If I had this facing graveyard plot I will not pay any further installments and increase my loss by paying every next installment.
Getting a facing graveyard plot was your bad luck. Keeping it or keep paying installments will be your own mistake you will always regert.

I m fully agrred with view point of CMY, good moneyt chasing bad money is not advisable.

Sheikh Sahib, We all know that map was revised and some good located plot went to worst places. Nobody want to talk this issue and people who got good locations are keeping quite. Anyhow Your estimate is quite right that even in 35 its very hard to sale it.
At this stage hold it if you can. Till DHA may revise its location again or get some solution to upgrade most under priced plots. Develop plot will give you more clear picture and will show what parameters DHA have taken for this Phase to make it attractive. In the meanwhile if they don't do this its price will not be less than 55 lac due to DHA 8 locality.
In the mean while if you cannot hold and you have made your mind to sustain a loss of 4.5 lac now. Then try to sale as soon as possible without paying any further installment. |

Well my suggestion will be for all
you should all with bad location plots gather and collect 20000 from each affecty and get good lawyer and sue DHA ...i encourage all Park view file holders who were not included in ballot to sue DHA also if every one contribute 20000 you can collect 2000000 from just 100 guys and get lawyer .....They changed the map with in month after ballot how can that be justified were they sleeping when first map was released ....why did they keep park view files out of ballot ..DHA claims it is part of phase 8 and their property then they should deal with owners equally.......... |

Every society reserves the right to modify the map or make any corrections where necessary. It is not a matter of courts. By the way can you mention the plot number that the change has effected so severly. As far as I know there was a very minor change in X block map where some plot numbers were missing from the map and some plots were renumbered in proper sequence. If that is the case it does not amount to drastic change or with malafide intention. If someone with authority to change map had malafide intention he would have done a lot more hanky panky than just renumbering some plots in proper sequence to correct a human or design error. |

It is my sincere advice to follow Mr. CMY advice though at present you will suffer substantial loss but by paying more installments means your are increasing your loss. It is better to buy some good location plot in this phase, keep paying installments, Insha Allah you will cover your loss in near future otherwise you will loose your 40 % money at least. |

All are advisng Mr Sheikh to sell his plot in front of grave yard. Yes teh loction is worstb but who will be next victim who will purchase thsi plot..

I suggest go and try to talk this off with higher authorities.
Its better to talk with relevant people like cmy, do your homework and then go to them at least 5-6 victims.
Try explaining them what had happened there with them.
Try to refund your money and be bold(dont know its a good idea but why not give it a try).
May be its worth it. |
