ASA Dear Friends,
The construction of my 5 Marla house in Johar Town is just finished. I had terrible experience of getting the Naqsha (House Layout/map) passed from LDA (i.e. corruption and demand of illegal money).
Now since house is complete I believe I will need a Completion Certificate and as always I am expecting demand of illegal money from LDA. Can any brother tell me how to avoid this situation, or how to best deal with this matter etc.
Also, how much amount is currently being demanded for completion certificates?

These days many thing in LDA can be done through proper channel. You just need to follow repeatedly and just little push at lower level clerks may work well. Officers are much terrified by Shahbaz Sherif.
But you need to have plenty of spare time to at least come to office twice a week. |
