Hello. I want to sell my Eden Point 10 marlaplot file. I have paid about Rs. 550,000. The rest of the price is payable in installements of Rs. 22790 per month till 2014 (a total of 59 installements). I need to sell it due to financial constraints (not because of any fear etc). I cannot any longer pay for the installements, so i am disposing it off.
