This month I will pay for the 7th instalment of DHA-Valley and Overseas Block.
I have got six plots in DHA Valley and Overseas Block. All plots are excellent location boulevard and corner.
I can hold these plots for another 5 yrs till I am in urgent need of money.
I would like to know the future of DHA-Valley and Overseas block within 3 to 5 yrs time period.
Suggestions and comments welcomed.

please ask someone to go and visit the sites to give you information. Its a very long term investment and I am not sure even then you would be able to recoupe the money you spent. DHA Overseas block was sold for 40-60 lacs and still no progress (atleast I did not see anything when I was in Pakistan couple of months back). DHAI has lost credibility and reputation in the market, unless they "deliver" they won't be successful. |

I am an overseas pakistani and affectee of DHAI. I have paid 6 insattalments for 8 marla plot in overseas block. But in map street number and plot number is shown 5 marla. I did a lot of correspondance with DHAI including telephone calls but nobody has taken care of. Then I sent my friend in DHAI office. He experienced that there are so many overseas pakistani roaming there with worst problem of having even no plot number in the map. Here in Dubai I have seen several people who have 8 Marla but in the map it is 5 Marla. The smae case is with my friend also. Their marketing manager finally told me to go to any authority. Please verify you plots in the map given on web site. |

HI I guess Plots in Yellow are 8 Marlas and In Orange its 5 Marlas. |

Any progress on site development? I heard DHAI has problems in acquiring land for the scheme. Does the scheme development started yet? |
