My total budget is 70-lac.my family is small 3-kids and wife.I am doing job in Islamabad.now my question is this
can I buy the 25x50 house in G-series sector.is it possible or advice where we plan our dream home.

Where do you work? In other words whee do you have to commute to every day? If closer to Pindi consider Bahria Town Phase 8. You can but a 1 kanal plot for 25 lakh and build a very reasonable house with the rest of the money. That area is 1 million times better then G series an dyou will have abrand spanking new house. If you have to work/commute in Islamabad than it is a different story. |

2-CDA Employees Plots Price in G-1O & G-11 is 50 to 55 lekh for 25*50 purchase plot and construct house accodring to your requirement.
3-Purchase Old 25*50 house in G-9,G-10. |
