i think this is the time when sports ministery and sports boards like PHF ,PCB should re organise themself to bring back their name in field of sports.
in my view,
i will suggest that we should make sports teams(hockey,cricket) on division level..
each divison level have two teams..one is senior team and one under 19 team..
both level should have inter divisional tournment every year.
there should be four pools,then super eight and the semi and final...so that talent can come up and we will be having replacement of every player in case of corruption and blackmailing.....
this can be applied in every sports....
