I have open file state life 2---1-kanal---CC---alongwith other documants it have old NIC-----

I am worry about old NIC because i have heard that state life mngmnt is required new NIC for transfer ???? this is not possible for me to get new NIC from seller after five years????

I need help from all of you that how i should deal with this issue and what will happened when i will transfer to my name or sell it to some els???

SHOULD SELL IT AS IT IS NOW OR HOLD THIS FILE ????

Dear Malik Arshad,
If U can hold the file for 2 years, then U will see people coming to your house for the sale of CC Block. As per authentic news, this phase is going to be taken over by DHA for their 9/10 Phase, as this area is directly connected to Phase 4.
Rest All your decision.

kindly first qask he seller to give you CNIC copy. People are not so abd that they will refuse it. IF he refuses hen request SL to transfer the plot. If they ask cnic tell them the actual sitution if stil dont solve the issue then use real means that is greasing palm of SL and it will be done
