I am living in DHA Karachi near sea. can anyone advice what should I do to protect wooden doors and balconies fencing from rust, moisture etc.

buy a some anti rust paint , antirust spray and anti rust grease . use it in your car door hinch, spray anti rust beneth the appliances , you also need a some anti rust for copper and silver and gold stuff .use white silicone grease in riffle or pistol if you have it .ask your any friend in canada or usa or KSA to buy chemical for wood

dear brother ,torture cell has given valuable advise,actually all over the world rust near the sea is normally due to moist air coupled with salt efect ,in Pakistan this is not the only reason our coast line till short of hub has a unique envoirment ,actually little ahead of The Indus delta is a well from where sulphuric acid is mixing with water and the it falls into the sea so the main culprit are the sulphuric fumes that causes havoc.All over the world the dmage is nominal because only the salt plays its role coupled with moisture.Hope this will help you to for the correct solution
