What is the latest progress of LDA Avenue-1 particularly A-Block.
LDA ave. location is one of the best location. Thousands of families particularly govt. employees are affected because of too much delay in the developement of the scheme.
I request CM and Mian Amer Mahmoud to kindly take strict notice of too much delay and force LDA to handover the plots at the earliest.
I have a question. Why the developers even like DHA Lahore , DHA Islamabad and Bahria town are not able to develop the launhed housing schemes on time despite the fact that people pay the instalments on time.Take the example of DHA lahore phase-7. People have paid full instalments with development charges even sui gas connection charges and other miscellaneous charges by the end of june 2009 but still the development has not started in most of phase-7 blocks let alone handing over the plots to owners.So it means another 3 to 4 years.
So imagine when phase 8 recently launched will develop. Lucky are those people who did not apply for phase-8.

No use complaining to CM Complain Cell,I did it but got no responce. It has been more than six years LDA Avenue-1 was launched. I was allotted a plot in Block-K. since then LDA is involved in endless litigation with some party on possession of area of Block-K. I have made full payment and my investment is stuck because of incompitance of LDA. CM Complain Cell also failed to help. |
