Phase-I villas booking made since 2006 have not yet been completed and handed over. If the allottee wants to see the progress or quality of the construction against the billing, the management is not willing to show the house to the owner. Sale agreements are made entirely according to the terms suited to company. No time frame for completion is set while 12% penalty is levid if invoice is not paid according to their due date. Owner has no right to comment on the completion percentage signed by the engineer of the company.Addl cost for kitchen are being levied which should have been included in the original scope of price. Computer graphic shown on TV or website are far different than the actual houses. |
