i would like to know about police foundation society (o-9) islamabad.
what is the cost of land 10 marla and its development charges.is it gud place for investment.
how many houses have build there.
what is the cost of land prices block wise.
is it legal society and gud for investment ?

there are two things investment in property for long term and investment for construction of house, don't invest in property and for construction of house bt 1 to 6 is good.

Keeping in view prevailing conditions of country it is recommended that purhase real estate only for making house or living, investment in property at prtesent seems non-produtive particularly for short term.
