I saw some pages back someone posted a link to Auctions to be held in May for F10 F10 and G10 plots by CDA.
Can anyone tell me how to participate to these auctions ? where are they ehld ? time ? date ? procedure ?

Step 1: Get a Bank Draft or Pay Order for a sum of Rupees One Million issued in favor of “Capital Development Authority, Islamabad”.
Step 2: Buy the auction brochure for Rs 1500/- from the CDA office in G-7/4, Islamabad.
Step 3: Get a token from the Accounts Officer Estate Management Directorate at CDA Main Office in G-7/4. Documents required for the token are:
1. Signed application for Token (Available in the brochure)
2. Bank Draft/Pay Order for Rs. One Million.
3. Photostat copy of N.I.C of applicant.
4. If somebody else is representing you at the auction then he
will also need power of attorney signed by you on stamp paper
details of which are in the brochure.
The amount of token money will be adjustable in case of successful bidders against the price of the plot and refunded to the un-successful bidders. If during the auction your bid for a plot is unsuccessful you can use the same token to bid for another plot.
Auction will be held on Monday the 24th of May at the Community Centre near Aabpara Market. IF THEY ARE FOLLOWING LAST YEAR’S PROCEDURES then you may buy the brochure and get the token on the day of the auction also, provided you show up at the auction location with the Pay Order and NIC. Successful bidders will also have to pay CVT later on. Bid price will be in terms of per square yard. It will help if you take a calculator with you. |
