Which Block of Phase 8 is good for living.
Which one has possesion, and for how much i can get a good plot of 10 Marla.

Phase 8 is developed but not suitable for to built a house there, Instead Safari Valley 7/5 marla is ideal to built a house. As all facilities are there now and people are living and making houses there. |

safari valley is good but plots are too small, cant even park the car correctly I want at least 10 marla.
I will build house in 2/3 years |

Dear Mr Sajid
I said that as Mr Raja did not tell me that he is going to built house within 2 or 3 yrs but currently valley is ideal to built a house and in phase 8 i have 4 plots there in D and P and i visit there almost every week development is very slow works not completed in almost all the phases even in phases bahria announces the possession. In Safari valley facilities are there to built house even u can start tomorrow. |

Thank you Mr. Anis for sharing the information about phase 8, rawalpindi. I have a plot in Block H with a no 255. Can you please update on the development status of Block H. I herard that Bahria Town is going to announce the possession of said block in July. Would it be possible? Please confirm. I am in Saudi Arabia and has not visited the site for the last 2 years. Your support will be highly appreciated. |
