I appreciate Afzal Sahib’s contribution. At lease he is providing some pricing ideas of Islamabad’s different sectors. There are very few dealers of Islamabad who contribute here on this website. So I would encourage people like Afzal Sahib.

But only thing which is missing from his advertisement is his complete office address and land phone contacts, which I guess, is also policy of LahoreRealEstate website.

I agree. We must encourage people talking and giving their rates. We have no idea of Islamabad prices and should not blindly say something. Interested persons will definitely check their own sources and market before makind deal.

Mr. Afzal, you must not feel discourged but bring best prices.

Interested to buy but there is NALA at the back of this plot and this is situated west most of the E-11 beyond which there are no houses or habitation. You may demand any price but this plot is worth 39-40 Lacs.

Well, my dear I call that “nala” a running water steam for the backyard plantation and gardening. On top of that there is extra land before that which can also be used to extend backyard. It depends, you know, how you look at it.

I am not in hurry. I can wait for the right price.
