Since I can hold DHAI-Valley plots for 4-5yrs hence I will never sell these plots at loss.
I dont know how can a person who has paid 6 or more instalments sell plot in loss.
DHAI is having good future as it is DHA and DHA always have good future because of name, fame, status and ground results unlike other societies which never develop even after several, several years of launcing.
See the mega projects of DHAI. Will all these mega projects vanish in air in future and DHAI management will go home.
I think after 3 to 4 yrs there will be a very nice shape of DHAI.

Yes but you seem to ignore that they dont even have the land, after that much years passed they still dont have the land. Zero work in progress. So beter loose less and sell then keep paying for nothing.
Thats my opinion, i dont have land over their, i visted all the societies and DHA Ext to check becuase i was intersted ot buy as it sem cheap. But after seeing and reading online. I abondon the idea. It is total loss to invest their.
And Stop thinking that it is DHA so it is good. In Rwp/ISB bahria is far far far far more reliable and better quqlity then DHA.

Mr. Malik Riaz made joint venture with DHA Islamabad. He got all the money of DHA Valley up till now. He has to purchase the land for DHA Valley & DHA phase-2 extension and to develop the area. But only 5% land in DHA valley is purchased uptill now by Bahria town.
Mr. Malik Riaz is playing Double game with DHA and DHA plot members.
He collected the money of DHA valley & Phase-2 extension from DHA and developing his own schemes likes Bahria Town Phase-7 ,Phase-8 and Safari Valley. He is providing money to Tukish company to Construct the houses there. So, DHA valley & Phase-2 extension will be delayed by Mr. Malik Riaz to promote his own scheme. And people will not invest in DHA projects but they will invest the in Bahira town scheme due to completion in time.
DHA officers also took plots & bribes from Malik Riaz for not pressurizing Malik Riaz to accelerate the work of DHA projects. |

Only 5% Land news is only rumor, This land was owned by Malik Riaz, may be some Patches need to be acquired, Development will be late but will come, Still it does not make it very good investment as litgation will continue for long time. On the Other hand is also logical to suffer minimum loss and convert to some better area. |

as far as phase 2 ext is concerned why only go after Mr Riaz, DHA is hand & glove with him the staff has been obliged & all who have invested can see for themselves that DHA is making fool of people shame on them it was never expected out of them .Please go there & see for yourself do not belive what DHA says one of the most corrupt people in DHA (I) |
