Let us discuss who is behind the failure of LDA Avenue-1. There seems no problem in the location and developement of scheme except some of the area which is under litigation. Please indicate the stakeholders and their stakes in holding the scheme back. What is the way out for poor Govt employees, who own most of the plots of the scheme and whose only hope to build a home is this scheme.

litigation..... people are getting extremely greedy and selfish, even they are not vacating the area of Mangla Dam extension, so far govt have distributed 25 billion, initial estimate was only 5 billion. |

If all allottees specialy belongs to Lahore protest out side the press club lahore & to be published a appeal in the news paper with the help of investors & highlight the delay of Possession / development work in LDA AVE -1. I hope, all is good about LDA AVE-1 with in on month.

I think it is a typical delayed project as always govt projects are; but they are always eventually very sucessfull and well treated. Some positive movement is expected in couple of months as discussed in variuos posts. Lets hope for the best. |
