Sale of 10 marla plot in Bahria Town -Phase 8 Sector F,

I want to sale a 10 Marla Plot which is in Bahria Town Ph-8 sector F(old F not the new F 2 and onward eries). The phase has been almost developed and numbering of teh plots is being done.. Can any friend tell me that how much iw ill get if i wanna sale it now.and what are th elikley prospects if i hold it for few more months...... waiting for sincere reply..
