Khan Sahib,

Future of central park is very bright But you have to wait for a very long time. On installment, plot will be very expensive for you. I advise you to buy from the previous seller and enjoy at least 50% less price.

Progress gives better idea & I appreciate, Its better if you purchase form prvious seller. I purchse 10 Marla plot in Bharia Orchard on inslallment in 20 Lakh, but the cash value is 10 12 lakh as per location. Now I feel guilty.

You have to waite at least 6-8 years, but you will pay your instllment in 2 years than why you pay extra money.
