Location wise is good but worse to live some of its plots are 300 meter deep from the GT road,very patchy area and one day can become Hunza lake. Not very ideal for investment.

Amjad I think you don't understand,all land of the area is same,the main entrance of of dha and bt is through agochs11,phase11ext and dha valley is 8miles away from the main road and dha still purchasing land,in case of agochs all land is already purchased and in hand of dha.
