Dear Brothers,
Seeking your sincere advice on the current development pace of DHA phase 6 in Lahore. I had purchase a plot of 1 K in C block couple of years back and my initial plan was to start the construction at the end of 2010,
Kindly advise/guide that when would be appropriate time to start the construction and whether it’s feasible to live there at the completion of 2010 - mid 2011.
Your advice will be very helpful for me to make any decision

Sir phase 6 is under rapid development ...specially new houses are being constructed at very high pace .....now days there is ring road intersection being constructed at junction of phase 5 and phase ... it will be complete by the end of this year and you will have direct access to ferozpur road and rest of lahore ........if you complete your house in 2011 mid it will surely be very liveable area....right now although many families are living there it is not still not live able..... |

There are many houses under construction in C block of DHA 6 Lahore. You could start your house today. There is good security water sewerage and elect are already available. Sui gas lines to each plot are now laid after main lines laying completion. About four commercial plaza construction have started this month and 4 commercial buildings are already complete but no business have been started there yet.
