( A request from LRE: Kindly avoid such superficial +ve or -ve comments. If you have something to discuss with substance, that's fine. Friends, this scheme is no Dubai, but a pretty nice place to make home, or invest; or build a small home to sell for profit. The price for the product is very very attractive esp. for 5 Marla. We do not want to or need to overhype the product. If you visit this scheme it "screams aloud" in your ears that price of 5 Marla plot here should be more than 15 Lacs. That is the experience of most visitors. At 10.75 Lacs it is extremely good value to buy an on-ground ready for construction plot @ highly desirable location with great access from Multan Road, Canal Road, Motorway and Lahore Ring Road. )

yes this project is good and attractive. but for me 1 year installment period is very short in such economic conditions of pakistan. it should be should be at least 18 months duration.

I am interested in buying but 1 year payment schedule is very tight for me.

LRE you should suggest park view to revised their payment schedule.

Dear Sir, Rs. 10.75 Lacs is not a huge price to pay for this location and there are many buyers who can afford and willing to pay this amount lump sum. These are ready to make home plots and most people are interested to buy this on lump sum basis. Very few are interested in installments.

If you cannot afford to buy now, one option is to start saving money and buy an on ground plot in this scheme or some other good scheme when you have saved enough money. Right now there are many many people who (perhaps started saving few years ago) and now can afford to buy these very good plots at only Rs. 10.75 Lacs. Therefore it is not possible and not in the interest of buyers or society to extend the payment schedule.

The society wants to encourage immediate and rapid construction on these plots and does not want to delay the construction activity by unnecessarily extending the installment schedule.

i also riquest to LRE,please try to bring instalment process in 18 mmonth,there will be very good risponse from middlleclass oversease.hoping to get a possitive risponse.
