Dear brothers,
Could you please give your expert opinion that is it a good decision to take a com. plot of 8 or 5 M in Bahria Town sector C to build plaza after 1 year.
How much will cost total for plot and construction for 8 and 5 M plaza. How much rent can come for the whole plaza. Which side A or B is better and which location of 5 Marla is better, on the main boulevard or on the back of main B. One agend told me that on the back of main plot of 5 M in 25 lacs is best option near to hotel. So I need your suggestion what is the best to get good rent after 2 years.
Second option is to make plaza of 4 M in Valencia, can you tell also what will be total cost including construction in Valencia. I like both locations but you can tell me the best option to proceed.

it is an excellent idea to buy and build in Bahria town but now they are charging 1 million before construction, please confirm these charges from BT as well. |

Thanks for giving the idea but shocking news you have given me that they need 1 Million before the construction. I really do not understand for what they take this heavy amount. Even no property agent is giving this news, they are just saying that it is the best time to purchase and best investment for com. in sector C. They quoted price of 5 M com on main 30 lacs and on back 25 lacs. Can you or anybody clarify why BT is taking 1 Mio before starting the plaza. Do they also take 1 Mio before construction of house? I think BT would like to become No. 1 cheater in Pakistan with latest techniques,technology and methodology. I do not know where they will take Kharabs by looting the poorest people. From the top BT management claim that they are doing best for poor people but from inside they are really looting the people.
I need comments from those who are residing and are familiar with policy of BT for such kind of unexpected cost. Please give your full details so that other could also take benefit before deciding for any kind of investmeent.

aoa when ring road interchange is made very next to bahria town these commercial plots in main boulevard of sector c will be minimum 25 lakh per marla because bahria town is most beautiful scheme of lahore. i have an 8 marla commercial plot & i wont sell it below 2 crore even if i have to wait for few years. ring road will certainly be huge plus for bahria town residents and busiensses. |
