I see below that Mr. Aslam mentioned that Bahria Town is taking 1 Million before starting any com. plaza. I never heard this news before from any property agent. I am also looking 5 M com. plot in sector C to make small plaza as in Valencia I checked the price of 4 M in sector G is around 60 lacs while in BT price is stll cheap.
Can you please clear this point that is it true, if yes, on what account they ask for 1 Mio? It meaans if I take plot of 5 M com. in 25 lacs, I have to pay transfer fee to BT now and when I will start next year plaza I have to pay 1 Mio at that time before starting that plaza.
Do you recommend BT sector C or valencia to make small plaza in 4 or 5 M com. plot with total budget of 10 Mio.

If they are charging 1 Mio just for transfer then it is not fair as these are hidden charges and agents are not telling about it. All agents say that com plot is best investment in sector C for future but not telling hidden charges. So what the experts recommend either to purchase there com. plot or not for future investment to make small plaza after 2 years. All others should share their views.
