can some one suggest, which area is better for farm house land, bedian, barki or any other. Also what are the per acre prices there.
also any idea, how much is the running cost of such a project.

Barki Road is probably the best place. It's a British era road around 120 feet wide and straight like an arrow with no crowded settlements on it. Bedian road goes through lot of dense settlements including lidhar village. Plus it's around 50-60 feet in width only. As for farm houses, most farm houses are located OFF Bedian road on smaller roads. Main reason is that land there is cheaper as compared to Barki Road. |

bedian and raiwind is the best option for farm houses.i hve some land of a friend of mine near HIER factory, its walled 37 kanal. and near MAIN ROAD.got some place at bedian also. |
