Sir I want to share this news with everyone that phase-10 has been merged into phase-9.
2 days back i was watchin Value-tv ...and a public relation officer from DHA said in his interview that phase-10 has been merged into phase-9.Accoring to him it was done to increase the value of the area.
I also heard another news(not 100% sure) that now property dealer's are allowed to sell commercial properties in portions.As you know that when ever you buy a commercial you are the lone owner.Now commercial's can be sold in floor's.Eg. I own the ground floor,Ali owns the 1st floor and Farhan owns the 2nd floor.I hope i gave the simplest example :)

It was always one and same thing. Nothing got merged into anything they just renamed this phase to DHA 9. DHA phase 9/10 is now called just DHA phase 9 to remove confusion. People always asked WHY DHA 9/10 and WHY not DHA 9 or DHA 10. They always asked where will be DHA 9 and where will be DHA 10.
I GUESS and think DHA will now reserve name DHA 10 just for military new allotees and DHA 9 will be for land owners.
I GUESS and think DHA Lahore have now started to look into things to get prepaired for DHA 9-10.This renaming is part of thatprocess to get this straight now. This task of DHA 9-10 ballot could be done in next 12 to 24 months at max. |
