Mr.Gondal has made efforts and you should encourage he is not snatching money from your pocket if You are a buyer you must survey the market and if you have correct and lower rate plots, put it on this page with your contact numbers.

I have missed the discussion the compression of E/11 and D/12,any how first of all it is clear that development of bt and dha is the best but at present location is not up to the mark,lets comes to actual discussion keep in mind the following are the factors which makes the sector beautiful.
1.location.
2. surroundings.
3.entrance.
4. construction.
5.development.
6.marikz and markets
7.schools and colleges(Govt. sectors school and colleges make sector worse
8.govt flats, hospitals make worse.
9.govt funded mosques make worse.
10. encroachments in green areas.
11.plot sizes.
12.security problems.
Now it is easy for you people for comparison.

I think these are demands and negotiable.if someone say price is higher he should point out with facts and figures and may also quoate plot nos, to prove his words.i also agree with MR.IG comments that i personally know some observers who are residing outside the country and comment on capital property.i dont know why they are serving the nation in this way.......

Yes. It is true that when we go around market to buy, prices are high. I think we must encourage dealer, islamabad dealer and Atiq Raja to post realistic quotes. Remember there are a lot of propective buyers for Islamabad sectors. Come on Dealer, Islamabad Dealer and Atiq Raja, give some quotes.
