Is DHA Lahore Shuhuda Plots sale/purchase is being made. If so what is the sale/purchase price of Shuhuda plots of size 8 marlas. Thanks in advance

Yes sale purchase is going on but mostly mil to mil folks and on word of mouth deals at around 1 lac profit. Very very few sellers in market. I suggest you not to sell your plots at this time as demand is very strong for small sizeplots on installment and at this low offered rate I think price could double in just months to a year time.

Dear CMY, thanks for the information, but please also tellme whether these plots are transferable or selling is not permitted by DHA. Secondly if transferable, either still the instalment will continue by the purchaser or the purchaser has to pay the outstanding amount in lump sum. This I am asking because one of my close relative is interesting in it. Thanks in advance
