I have a newly built house in I-8/2 (35 x80) and I like to rent its Ground portion. This is a very nice adorable house (false ceiling, great kitchen and bath rooms and marble flooring) and its construction completed this year. I am looking for a decent and educated family who can keep the house in its shape. Complete False Ceiling in TV Lounge and Drawing/Dinning room. It has 3 bed rooms and three Baths.
