Aoa,
I have a plot in Wapda Town Phase-2, I bought it almost 2 years ago and since then I can notice a lot of construction activity going on.
1) I wanted to ask if anybody has information regarding it Main ACCESS Road issue?
2) Is it wise to keep the plot for another fews years or sell is now, as I am getting a reasonable profit on my investment?
Will be waiting for all your valuable feedback...

There is no use of keeping the plot to gain un-natural profit, if you can wait for at least 3 more years then there will be some activity... you can say 20 25% more than now... if you compare the money value today as at the time you have purchased its almost same... in terms of purchasing power.... prices may be raised but value of money is same if not decreased (for local market) |
