What is the difference b/w package 18 and 19?

P-18 is till Ferozpur road and P-19 is from Ferozpur road to Riwand road which may also include P-20

P-19 is just Interchange of LRR at Ferozpur and P-18 is the link road between P-17 and P-19 interchange.

Ferozpur to Riwand road link/design in not in this map as its not final so far..

Irfan sahib as i am not aware of the latest news on the final part of Ring road could you expand on your answer please, how long will it take to finalize and when do you think construction will start.
