BT has changed my plot location. Also after depositing development charges they are asking more money for possession, utility connections and map approval. Please explain briefly as other people also want to know about Bahria’s frauds. When did they change your plot location? Is it recently and is it from good location to bad location. Did they give you any explanation for that?

i also have heard about such fraud of BT.
Other affactee can share their experiences too to save other persons for the award from Allah.

I also heard from one property agent that if you purchase plot in BT sector C and pay even all dues and get transferred on your name, BT can change your plot no and location at any stage. It is totally unfair and badmashi. It means if I select facing park plot and want to construct house after 1 or 2 years, then the locatioon might be changed near to grave yard, which means they want all the people to invest in BT and then go to the grave soon. BT has good development but very bad reputation and imposing many hidden charges again and again till cloths are on the body of a man.

I am affectee too. I had a plot in Ph 8 BT RWP. It was a nice location plot according to MAPs available on the net including LRE. But in RWP a property dealer showed me a new MAP and my plot location was totally different, I was really heart broken.
What right they have and they never even bothered to send any letter that there is a new MAP, and their website is most pathetic and static. With an organization like that, the website is no better than a anybody's personal website. LRE is way way better.
Lunch time, should I go to BT dastarkhwan?
