Can anybody update me what is the current status of CDA Sector I-16. Someone inform me that construction work is started now. I have a plot size 30x60 double road I-16/1. What is the approximately value if anyone have some information please write to me. Thanks

Yes construction is allowed in this sector. approx 10 lac to 13.50 lac. |

Sajid Shah Sahib(and other)can you please comment on I-15 also? Especially the flats for government employees which were offered for just 14 lakhs a few years ago but never constructed. Suppose they are constructed in five years, would they then not be worth a lot more than the price of 14 lakhs? Is it a good idea for the allotees to hang on to it or should they sell it off? |

I-16 is going to be adjasent to new airport of Islamabad which is under rapid construction. I wonder how this sector will drop....... |

I think it is difficult for CDA to build flats in 14 lac thats why they are refunding. |

remember the same 30x60 plot in I-16 buy/sell around 30 lac just 3 year back..
As prices is lowest in I-16 so its really good for long term investment for (5~8) years when new airport fully functional and all facilities available in this area |

I think I 16 has great potential for investment in future due to it's location. As it is only 2~3 km from G>T Road/ IJI road/Choar choke in the map acomplete master plan keeping reserved area for every thing as per standard of CDA.construction of dedicated grid station and water supply is in progess. Basic road infrastructure is already completed .every alloted plot has present on site owmprocession physciallyAs already discussed near to new airport and motorway link road . Offered price in recent balloting for 8 marla 14 laks in instalment is quite reasonable
