The below Answer I have received today from the DHAI. Just to share with Dha valley overseas block members.

Please be advised that DHA VALLEY is one of the biggest project launched ever all over the globe so there for it might take a little more time then usual before all the sectors are ready for possession but once you invest in DHA its DHA who takes all the responsibility to take care of your investments. It is not only the issue of possession but it involves so many steps starting write from development of roads then of infrastructure which then involves allot of complicated issues please also note that we have a contract with the best developer in Pakistan which is HRL(Habib Rafiq Limited) so just wait for few years and pay your due installments on time you will get the reward of your investment Insha'Allah. Where as these are all rumors hence we do not have any answers to them but you can visist the site where you would realise that how fast development is going on.

So far we have paid 7 instalements to DHAI for overseas block. It is a pity that no developer in Pakistan be it DHAI or DHA lahore or Bahria town or any other developers have been able to develop any scheme on time. Rather delay of years and years.
Just they want to trap people.
Let us hope for betterment.
It is no more advisable to invest in realestate. If you want to be build your home just go for ready to construct plot and start construction because for instalment plots you cannot get possession of your plot in your life.

I am afraid you are wrong and I excuse you since you are sitting out of country. I am resident of said area and confidently say Valley is the worst project of DHA Islamabad and perhaps it will be worth after 30 years minimum.

You may be right in your assumptions, but keep in mind, hearts, aims, priorities always keep changing. So, who knows when the time will change, so the need of Developers will change too.

Why 30 years?

Rawat industrial estate is closed with DHA Valley. which is already developed.

Siyallah/doudcha 2nd GHQ is in the same area

Dear TM . It takes 9 months to lay a baby and 2 women can,t make it in 4 and half month.

DHA Vally comes on right side when you get on Islamabad high way soon after toll plaza. The express road leading to Vally is constructed in 3 stretches @1 kilo meter each and between each stretch about 400/500 meter are missing where bridges are required and I am sure you know how much it is to construct 3 bridges. There might be more bridges required further on.

Vally is 12 to 15 kilometer from this point and it is 5 kilo behind Kullar Sayedah.

The Track record of DHA shows that they developed DHA-1 in about 30 years and DHA-2 started in 1996 you can see how far they have completed both of these phases where they were working whole heartedly. and Vally is not small in size from both of these phases.
Now it should not be hard for you to calculate how much time DHA will take for DHA-Vally.

It is not to discourage neither to disappoint you but telling you the facts and I have full sympathy with Vally victims.

No body is realising that what happen after year's if DHA ask us to pay more money because of inflation, the cost of the plot would go high. They have already said some of development charges are not included in current installments. Any Idea?
