Can someone give a genuine opinion about DHA RAYA. If one want to live after few years it is a good buy. Moreover, if someone can please shed some light on the credibility, quality and committment of the project.

Though the phase I fully booked where 2K,1K and 14M houses are delayed for one year, the completion was anticipated Dec 2009 and new handing over is extended till Dec 2010, but the project being executed by Malasian company is well reputed unless it is affected by financial crisis which may arise due to slow pace or low attraction/failure in sale of houses in Phase-II where 10M houses are on sale. |
