Bani Galla is very scenaic area but without town planning; In my opinion at present Bani Galla is better because many people are living there but within 5 yeras B-17 will be a better option.Other valued readers may also give their views. |

Bani Gala is very large area with very wide price difference.In Bani Gall near Imran Khan residence small plots Price 125000 marla. Near Dr Qadir residence Plots Price is 30 to 40 lekh Kanal and plot sizes are 4 kanals and above.
B-17 500 yards A&B Block 17-18 lekh C,D Block 14 to 16. On Price realestate agents can comment better.
In new master plan of Islamabad Zone-IV(Bani Galla,Bara Kahu) construction will be regularised. |
